It's snowing at our nursery in Rugby

Practitioner Nicol from our nursery in Rugby  introduced the children to the texture of artificial snow. The children squashed the snow in their hands and moved the snow around the tray. This experience was enjoyed by babies and baby plus children, the children were able to watch one another and join in each others play. Nicol supported the children during this experience she used descriptive language and asked them questions, she provided the children with utensils to help extend their play.
