Work under way at Daisykins Rugby Free

The development at Daisykins Nursery at Rugby Free situated on Bailey Road near Aldi just off junction 1 of the 'M6 is well under way. The room of the nursery has started taking shape,the walls for the reception area are constructed and the team have starting making plans for the layout of the room.Ideas of how best to use the environment to meet the needs of the children was on the agenda for the first teams meeting. Pamela Simpkins contacted Community Playthings to enquire further about their free room layout design. Having worked very closely with Community playthings a final design of a high spec learning envinroment was created. All the team had to do now was wait for the large delivery of the new high quality resources.Room layout at Daisykins rugby freeA close working relationship between the Head teacher Susan and the builders has been fully established on the journey of the development of Daisykins at Rugby Free School. There were many conversations at where and how best to utilise the space, the children sized toilets were designed to allow the children to independently access the toilets with support from practitioners.Over the next few weeks the building work at Daisykins Rugby Free on Bailey Road near Aldi just off junction 1 of the M 6 is scheduled for completion at the end of August. The team will then work together to get the room ready for the children to start on the 7 th September.
