Babies learning Makaton signing

As part of our Chatter Matters week at our nursery in Rugby, practitioner Kim introduced Makaton signing to the children. The children took it in turns to take an animal out of the song bag, one child found a pig the practitioners sang Old Mcdonald had a farm. During this song Kim showed the children the Makaton signing for the different animals, one child copied the pig signing and afterwards he was very proud of his achievement.
